Hello...yes, I know..finally some work from me.  This had to be shared. The inspiration for this poem came from this poem that JP posted. /pip/Forum64/HTML/002625.html#7 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ You are in some of my yesterdays. When the head of my memory turns to study the past landscapes of a heart that ran too fast, that little twist. makes music with its fingers on lost strings that always wanted to know the words to the song of your lips. I have your face jotted down on so many of my lines, and your lingering signature is still thickly laid in "what if" You were a glass full of firsts that I suppose I drank too fast, but my thirst was a cloak of lonliness and it begged relief. I heard your voice possessive in its grip around my soul I looked at you through pictures. glossy remnants of your moments reminders that I was only allowed to touch you with my heart. My hands never knew you but I knew you well. I heard your voice possessive in its grip around my will and how it lingers on It never released me. There are small particles of my soul that will always be holding hands with yours. SARCASM BREEDS A BROKEN HEART, and I have enough cracks. Please stop breaking me! It never released me. There are small particles of my soul that will always be holding hands with yours ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This is how it ALWAYS is...you never forget...one you EVER loved, you always love...they are ALWAYS in your heart...even if you don't have them on your brain everyday....
