Beautiful Cello So Lovely

She plays cello on a pop pianist CD she gave to me.
Now I don't want to miss a single note.
Each time her cello proceeds I imagine that she
is playing her cello just for me.
Autumn, Gypsy Violin, Gone With The Wind, Beautiful Eyes, Autumn Leaves, Arilang, Moldau, Danny Boy, Phantom of the Opera, Adoro, Born Free, I Can't Stop Loving You, Memory, Bridge of Troubled water, The Way We were, When a Man Love's A Woman.
As musicians play I listen for her cello's distinctive sound.
In some arrangements featured and in others background.
I find her performances to be soothing and profound.
Her cello pleases me.
her cello comforts me.
Beautiful cello so lovely.

Now I'm going to have to check this out.

You made me smile, because I too, was enjoying something a little different and wrote a poem about it.

'tis lovely stuff James.

Hugs.

Beautiful tribute. Those melodies resonate in my heart ...some more than others ... "when a man loves a woman .."!

I will have to check that out... :-)

Growing up, my life was saturated with classical music. Every emotion I felt, I poured into my violin.  If I was angry, I played anger.  If I was happy, I found a peppy piece.  When I was in love...it showed.  My first couple boyfriends were classical musicians as well.  My first was an opera singer.  I fell in love the first time he stared into my eyes and sang an Italian love song (in Italian yet!!!!). My second bf plays piano.  He made a tape with one of my favorite songs, and the second song was one he wrote for me...

Music comes from the heart and moves the heart.  Love and music go hand in hand...

keep playing that cd...
