"Death Becomes Me"
A Duet by Serenity & Littlewing

Streaks of gray upon white stone
tracing every finger feel
eyes dancing on the lines
secrets gasping to be revealed

but I know - yes, I do recall . . .

An angel dancing every step
jumping from measure to rest
like the first time the pitter patter rang true
the chiming of the "me" to "you"

The note that is the most obscure
is the one that sounds the PEEL
I feel
a concerto in heaven
resounding in my heart

still we remain apart . . .

Silk laden sheets as smooth as the stone
smelling of starch and yearning for home
breath caught in the wind
carried like lavendar on morning breeze

yes, I have found my path with ease...

Upon the stone fingers trace back to you
shades of gray on white are blue
lost but for here - my soul eternal blessed
just like all the rest . . .

and I forgot to buy flowers

I always forget the flowers . . .

Another thank you and curtsey.

I enjoyed writing with Sue so much, that the memory, (okay, okay, so it's vague...grin)

but she's a lovely lady, and so easy to write with--I'm sure her dance card will be full, if it isn't already.

Good gravy!  I missed this?  A beautifull do-it you two, how's about another one?

One to depict the coming of cool for Karen, so she can open the windows and doors perhaps?

Lovely as usual, but then ...

double the talent, double the fun, Passionate duets are better than one!
