Is freedom a place
to live, to breath, to sleep?

Is freedom an ability
to speak, to hear, to dance?

Is freedom a religion
to cry, to pray, to love?

Is freedom a right
to vote, to protest, to overturn?

Is freedom a responsibility
to think, to reason, to judge?

Is freedom a gift
to be used, to be given, to be held?

Yes, freedom IS:
you have the place
you have the ability
you have the religion
you have the right
you have the responsibility
you have the gift
of freedom.

(big hugggssssssss) And I can add one more thing: kicking Natalie Maines opinion and crushing it and thousands of her Dixie Chicks CDS and disturbing the lives of the innocent across boundaries is not freedom! (sad sigh) I pray all the world soon understands the TRUE meaning of freedom, God Bless You for posting this, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Sharon, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,

I love this!  Unfortunately, it's mostly something I take for granted.

Great job. Not something most people think about.

Sharon, this is beautiful and absolutely
true. We have freedom because of the men
and women who have fought for it for us.
Even though they didn't want to fight, they
did so that we all could have our freedom.
Thank you for this.

Heart Hugs,
Ethel

Very intriguing write about something which needs serious contemplation especially these days.

To me, Freedom is the extent of one's own will power.
