I hold teardrops and serenades in my palm.
I wrote them out for you the day that you were gone.
They reflect a golden light, the slow and setting sun.
I hold teardrops and serenades in my palm.

I weigh teardrops and serenades in my palm.
They fell to earth to help me forget that you were gone.
They scratch the dusk and thread dragging storms through the dawn.
I weigh teardrops and serenades in my palm.

I hear teardrops and serenades in my palm.
They started showing whispers the moment you were gone.
They leave songs of broken hearts, and broken hearts of songs.
I hear teardrops and serenades in my palm.

Stella was a diver and she was always down.

Mike - this is lovely - an amazing lullaby to the one who owns your heart . . .

I wrote them out for you the day that you were gone.
They reflect a golden light, the slow and setting sun.

just beautiful - made me smile - wishing it wasnt so painful  . . . xxoo

and
heard this serenade.

Mikey - it sounds like someone is really missing someone! Very much enjoyed although with a sad sigh. Chris
