Love has been
within my grasp
and faltered.

I try not to dwell on it
but it taunts me some days

with words like fool and dream and why

and mostly…
I don’t argue.

I liked the control in your post.  I've had a few of these days, and I know how easy it is to fill pages and pages with a rant. Good job

It's pointless to argue the argument...
while trying to make sense of our dreams.

I hear you Mister~
smile now, just because...

it can't hurt.
