State of constant confusion!

One Of The Fortunate Few

It doesn’t matter where I go or what I do
You will always be a part of me
You have left a mark upon my heart
That time will never erase
If all we share was taken away
I’d still consider myself lucky
Because I had the privilege
Of knowing such a wonderful soul
How many people in this world
Can truly say they know what love is?
Only a fortunate few
Have ever known it for real
I am you and you are me
Together we have become one
I love you with all my heart
And I shall always give my all to you

I believe love is like that...no matter what other things change, it is something that never leaves the heart.  Beautiful love poem, Jeffrey!

Someone, or rather, two someones, are indeed part of the fortunate few!
