This was composed and dedicated on Valentines day to the girl I was currently seeing, and rather in Love with. My feelings haven't changed, but sadly, hers did. Love -is- a two edged sword. Enjoy!

Dedicated to Tsuin Iki.

I've seen the fires of the night, leave trails throughout the skys,
But one time, I searched, not through the night, but in your lovely eyes,
Behold, I saw the same soul of that flaming trail of light,
Strength, and rhythm, stirring beauty, grown and sewn in tight.

What captured me, was that I knew, at times that flame grew weak,
But just like those fallen stars i'd seen, I knew that you were far from meek,
You've had your lot in life of course, delt with like the Queens of yore,
That strength that took my breath away, just left me wanting even more.

With this in mind, I found new life, new strength, I found, my heart,
Soul and spirit, wanting, wishing, for us to never part,
My friend, my twin, my better half, what could I say to you,
When I can't find, the words to fit, this feeling that has grew.

My heart is yours, it's always been, since our eyes first met,
From that time on, i've came to know, that my fate was set,
Life or death, and inbetween, there's nothing I can do,
From then, till now, for ever after, I belong to you.

~Blues.

I just need to absorb it all!
This deserves so much more than a 'wow'
or 'nice write' .....you know?

Suffice to say your words will linger long.

I'll be back to bump this up after I catch my breath.  And thank you for the nice compliments on my Tan Lines?

Oh boy!

We give away little parts of our heart that we can never take back, nor should we ever want to when it comes to caring so honest and truly.   That is the end result after I absorbed what you wrote.  This is a beautiful dedication of a love that cannot be measured.

Liked this even more the second time around.

I'm true to my bump~
