Ocean Blue

I am as a corked bottle
lost in the vastness of ocean blue
I know the sun will rise again
but nothing else seems true

I am cast adrift where
ships have come and ships have gone
and in this barren cold current
I remain alone

Shall I disappear here
fading to the same hue
as these endless rolling swells
with my message unread by you

Naw, wait for the warm gulf stream. It'll steer you somewhere pleasurable.

Well, on these pages of blue your messages are read!

Enjoyed your poem. Sort of like the proverbial 'ship without a rudder' scenario.

Warm hugs,

(sigh) Sail where the waters are more turquoise, then dive in for pearls and before you know it you are back in the lagoon! (big hugggssssss) This is wonderful, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet E.J, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
Noah Eaton

Hey, I feel myself get more invisible every day. I know the lost feeling. This is very well expressed.

I am cast adrift where
ships have come and ships have gone

I got your drift and it is beautiful.
Loved your title too.
