“YOU THAT I SEE”
by
Bill Charles
~~~~
When the misty fog rises from the lake,
and the sun is tender embracing a lily,
I see only the beauty in your being,
and how it affects me seductively…
When the morning is alive yet tranquil,
and the wind blows calmly in silence,
I see only the serenity that's within,
and how we flow together in confluence…
When the sky is bright in blue of sapphires,
and diamonds sparkle upon your silken hair,
I see only the enchantment of eyes tender,
and know I would come to you anywhere…
When the darkness kisses a moonlit night,
and shadows embrace upon loving breasts,
I see only the tenderness you bestow,
and how softness is willing to be caressed…
This is a fine write.  Bet you don't have a musical instrument in mind.  Ken
Through rubble and trouble and dark of night
The yawn of a dawn will hasten the light
