Waters Snow

The rhythm of my heart stampedes.
Ever when my sails chart breeze.
And catch the wind in hail of show.
And thatch my ship through waters snow.

Elated in esthetic feel
The hold of ship and turn of keel
Guided by the star above
The touch of fire of this love

The lay of brine upon my face
My stay before the wind in place
To ride within the lightening light
To brave the thunder of the night

To be myself as I can be
To sail the sea and master me
The execution of a dare
Is a feel beyond compare?

So here I wile a phantoms weave
And fantasize with life’s naïve.

Sy,

This is wonderful.

I especially like and can feel:

"The lay of brine upon my face"

Enjoyed greatly,

Hugs, Pat

And if sea-dragons break the wave
then let God see that I'll be brave,
for if naive is what I be,
only my soul shall sail the sea...

Hugs on a grand Sunday morning, Sy...

JM,
It's Hi Hi Ho, and off to sea we go.
You bring with thee some raspbery tea
And we will sail the waters snow.
Perhaps we'll find an Isle of seem
And there we'll stay and have a dream.

I love this, Seymour! *S* I can see you standing bravely, facing whatever comes your way. *S*

Of course, this also made me think of the delight of a summer boat ride... where the thunder and lightning came from exploding fireworks. *S* And that's a lovely memory! *S*
