Swallowed into whirlpool drowns, gulped of brines, stripped of grounds
I close my eyes, transported sighs and shivers, a towel warm in essence quivers

Settled in another frame, familiar though by smile and so, and welcomed all the same
I watch the way you walk, carefully to note and tune, in shades of soft on pillow talk

Sweet rain into my eyes, transparent to my soul, in trembled fingers graze on thighs
I touch your palm with captivated pulse, as rivers rush the moon, in demitasse convulse

Swallowed into seas surround, contoured in the lace of least, safely harbored by the
Sound
I close my eyes, to meadow scents in pale advents, and quaking leaves adrift belies

mystical, magical, beautiful, if only love like this can sustain, but sometimes, the dream is even better

Oh my! This is wonderful. I love the last two stanzas, especially.

And, this line is awesome:

"as
rivers rush the moon,
in demitasse convulse"

Incredible poem!

(smiles) Oh Kathleen, this is beautiful, sweet friend, I too love to dream ever so much as there is so much we don't see with our eyes open and sometimes I just wish I could live and fathom there! (kiss on cheek) God Bless You, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Kathleen, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
