I wish I could escape
this feeling
I know I shouldn't hate
but really
if he hadn't killed them
I would still be dreaming
but for now
my life is a nightmare

The curse of the dead
this feeling of dread
these feelings that are kept
bottled up inside
this feeling of dread
is stuck in my head
I know he must be feeling this way too

This was a really good first poem, and I thought it needed to be submitted for the book! Pretty good, huh?

I learned how to write from a friend of mine. Sometimes I think the student has surpassed the teacher :darklol:

(big hugggsssssss) Oh Aceo, this is indeed a very poignant emotional outpouring from the heart, sweet friend, all poetry that is honest has value and this would work great in Reflections as it reflects the angst felt here, I send angel hugs of healing and my vote your way, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Aceo, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
Noah Eaton
