This heart a crimson fountain shed
While love awaits your dancing feet
My fears your favorite color red
Flow from your muse like poison sweet

Drip drip my life seeps out
And stains the earth before the sound
the rushing waters of your words
Wash all my passions to the ground

flow from your muse like poison sweet...

nice line... like the sound of it and the images it brings to mind..the half thoughts behind it...

I don't believe I have read any of your poems before this one
Now I regret that mistake but am willing to correct it.
