Dedicated to Federico Garcia Lorca

Begins the crying of the guitar
and like a lullaby
sung to soothe a fragile soul
I close my eyes

Submerged, I become
in a world
only I am aware

The weeping
it welcomes my weary smile
Like Jesus did to Judas

Conciousness slips away
as I submit to her constant wail
like a mother to its child

Her arms encircle
my mind, my heart, my soul

Enraptured

I am at ease, for now
For in the distance
begins the crying of the guitar

I enjoyed...reminds me of classical or flamenco guitar .I'm not familar with Lorca but have been comforted and carried away by many guitarist. The line like Jesus did to Judas has a ominous tone to it,kind of thought provoking.

Live like it's your last day...
Dance like nobody's watching...
Love like you've never been hurt...

Sue, this is beautiful. I love most music, but instrumentals are some of my favorites. I enjoyed reading this.
