moments clicking,
ticking tock,
morphing minutes,
dali's clock,

sands of time
fill the hourglass,
mock humanity,
watch love pass,

blocks on roads,
standing still,
perpetual circles,
trap free will,

selfmade mountains,
quicksands of fear,
escher's steps,
move nowhere,

stopping time tho,
seems to me,
only when the crap sticks,
while i long to run free,

growing older,
dimestore lover,
come and cure me,
under temporary cover,

kodak moments,
stop the ticking
start the clicking
flying or kicking?

do i even dare to go?

You're getting somewhere now!
What's your favorite dimestore anyway,
I'm just dying to know!

So many good lines in this Michele~

favorite dimestore? blues?
the one where i had an instant moment with some cute boytoy
that works at the checkout!!!!!!!!! i have no shame, he's legal, its all good.....
did u ever look up and just meet someone's eyes and thought you were gonna die right then and there?

raf, coldplay found me, living with a l6 year old boy a bit of a music snob - hes pissed off at me, cause i bought the 8 Mile
CD,so i make sure when hes in the car, i blast it at least once, with the windows down

I love clocks and a great reference to Dali. I gotta go see his museum. Time is a wonderful thing. Never stops and only we can waste it. Nice read!

I think this should have one of Eschers pictures right beside it.. I bet you just described what he must have been thinking... just going nowhere and still travelling...
But then, you don't need the picture there because you have described it so well.
great write.

Sounds like natures clock is ticking,
but you know what they say ... as it keeps on it takes a licking!

Maybe you are in another time zone?
