~~~~~
Swaying slowly to rhythm
of soft music, they
danced by the
moonlight
Stars glistened in the black velvet
sky above them, looking
as if they were
diamonds
In the background they heard sounds
of waves, gently splashing
on the white sands of
the beach
As the song finishes playing
they kiss in a long
sensual kiss of
passion
While listening to soft whispers
from the gentle breeze, they
hear the love from
their hearts
They held each other closely
wishing they could stay
here for the rest of
their lives
Dancing by moonlight
~~~~~

Oh, my! Oh, sigh! You just recreated one of my most favorite moments in time...Thank you!

May you and I have many more such moments---but preferably with the man of our dreams and not with each other! tehe

Oh, so romantic. I could hear the waves lapping on the beach as I read this. Wonderful write Ethel.
