Tornado

Who has seen the wind has seen
the Presence curdling the clouds, the
          heathen spasm arching
                screaming down,
                   blast trees and
                 barns rip coils
            of living grass,
        sling sod
    and mud
      against
        the face
               of
                God

Ed..It must be frightening, but your words hold something more sinister then the power of mother nature.  I must try this form, though don't quite know how.

Well.... this one has only one rule -- that you make up all rules as you go along, specifically for that particular poem.

Smiling at your tornado watcher/chaser poetry. The visual imagery was enhanced by the swirling presentation. Well done!

It's a brutal act of nature,
when our world is rocked and
the walls come tumbling down.

Good depiction of the natural forces
that surround us.
