Indignantly you spoke to me.
My almost whimpered
Washed out words
Unsteady like my eyes.

I held back tears,
Retrieving fears.
Waiting
For a finished rampage.

But its ok, I’m just
A little girl who’s hurting
In effects of tragedy.
It’s not like
I really mind your yelling
Or demeaning words to me.

I realize its all my fault
Come on, please hold my hand.
I’ll wait for you…
In my own (faults) torture
Underneath my blanket…
Washing away.

Alyssa,

Gee! Heart-ripping! We never know how much truth or reality is in someone's poetry, but am sending big hugs and a prayer just in case.

Powerful write. Many, many hugs.

Luv ya, Pat

thank you, very much. you always offer tender words, aprecciated.

Dixie,
I suppose the heart is the best thing to be felt... right? thanks much

Pat,
I guess I tend to write truth. But that blankets pulled me through many a trial... now if I could just live underneath it....!
