Heading east amid sprinkles of light rain
Windshield wipers half speed
The morning's new
The sound of tires singing on wet road
Not too much upon my mind
Except getting to my destination
Without incident

A quick gaze into my rear view mirror
Brings a huge surprize
The most brilliant hued rainbow
Fills the western sky

A rainbow in my rearview mirror!

Isn't that life?

sharing a puddle of leftover snow, between
the muddy tiretracks, and someones thrown
out cigarette butts, a rainbow 9pm last night, have no clue how

Yes, life is this, and more.
I love the rainbow when it calls us
to see once again the magic of colors
within our eyes.  Beautiful poem.
Love,
Etain.
