The sun sets down its molten glow in lay upon the earth
As day succumbs in silent hour, to night’s triumphant birth
The settling of frictions planed by lightning strikes in sand
And watchfully a tapestry descends a twilight land

While there and then by sense append my heart in settle too
Unsaid in shred to last and lay the side of wanting true
In other words, for all its worth, the only need to ask
And tenderly the night lies down, beneath your smile in bask

Yet bright tomorrow should be known, a rise and shine indeed
In tickled wiggle, nervous giggle, as the morn is freed
Settlements of then and gone, an unrehearsed charade
And thankfully this part of me, upon the earth has laid

See? I like this because I'm incapable of crafting my thoughts in so elegant a fashion.

Yes, elegant, an understatement.
I love this. It reads very, very well. The rhyming and rhythm, seem perfect.
Concept, too.
