~*~

I love to soak in a bubble bath,
After a long, hard day,
I sink right in, up to my chin,
As my cares are washed away.

I lower the blind and lock the door
And then I dim the light,
I ease myself into the warmth
With nobody else in sight.

Alone in my own inner sanctum,
I find some peace of mind,
And fill my head with pleasant thoughts,
This is my special time.

This is a nice piece, I am sure that all of us feel good when we can just unwind and forget our stress, a very nice, if short poem, good work.

(smiles) Yay!!! Oh Linda, I love bubble baths so much, we have a hot tub out on the side of our house and I always love to go in and put jasmine bubble bath formula in, it is so relaxing and I love to play with the bubbles and the geyser too, LOL! (kiss on cheek) This is cute, sweet friend, I love it, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Linda, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
Noah Eaton

Noah ~

You add jasmine to your hot tub? Oh, you do let me join you. I love jasmine! In fact, I often "annoint" myself with 100% pure jasmine essential oil--and yes that is very "dear"!

Perhaps we should ask some of our friends to join us in the hot tub---we could have a B & B party--Bubbles & Bubbalicious! tehe

Blowing you some bubbles--two kinds!

Linda

Sue ~

Yes, they certainly can be relaxing! I have at least one every day--I'll even get up and have another one in the middle of the night if I am restless.

~ May all your cares be washed away with your next bubble bath!

Warm hugs,
Linda

Good post, I am glad a warm bath works for you.  Me I prefer a double wide shower...but that is just me.  I use the white noise to clear my mind.

INclan ~

I enjoy showers as well, but I find them more invigorating than relaxing. I meditate in the bathtub and drift away to far-off places...

~ May your showers wash all your cares away...

Warm hugs,
Earth Angel
