standing on a shadow's lace

it is
a small place
of my existence
twenty walls
short, narrow
wide and long
slipping into
them now
seems so right

Helen,

I like the fact that I get the feeling of an old house--when reading this.  The disappearing almost seems as if one is going to immerse themselves in memory--as there would be in an old, and well lived-in home.
