Saddened Storm

The quiet storm
lingers in
Just as precise
as a fingers bend

It waits to see
it's tears flood free

Then runs away
to act and play
It's winds run wild
screaming like a lost child

Poetry is love and love is life.

What a vivid picture you painted of a violent act of nature in such a few words, well done!

Yes, as everyone said, you do have a way
with words, Krystopher...

the winds as I stepped outside today were just like that child...
and BRRR it was cold.
this is good, I like it.

YEP! Short and fierce, some storms are like a child's tantrum. (Hopefully both short, anyway!)
