Illusions

I’m alone and lost
lost in a world that’s lost itself
I see the pathway I must follow
I’m scared to follow so I freeze myself in a day’s second

A day becomes a week
A week turns to years
Years become an eternity of fading mornings
I don’t ask myself what I desire
In return I never get what I want
I leave it all to my closet of clutter

My blindness cant take anymore illusions of the past
I’ve sunk to my tears of honesty
Nothing else will but the truth
A rebirth born inside the womb of darkness
I’ve cleansed stains made from beautiful mistakes
The darkest night wakes up to the brightest morning
with a sunset shinning with new illusions
that must be seen

Hello, poet friend. Sad and yet hopeful. I wish for you a bright morning vision, without false illusions. We must work together to change the future.
Peaceful dreams and reality to you today and always.
