  Fashioned from Time Backwards

She had a name once
before the calling of horses
and the driftwood sink

cracked crab hissed the fire then
and she was in no hurry for winter

she could see past the dune grass
and there was light shining
that stumbled into keep-safe and broke her

memory slanted the sky that way sometimes

she was a curved line down she looked
with the color of new wood song
her toes arrows that took her fast
into the peat slipped cool familiar

it didn’t matter now the words
all too cumbersome to worry the day
but in dark starry cool covered sand
she would whisper something forgotten
and press rewind and play

*shaking my head*
this poem is cooler than I have words for...
the imagery is as awesome as is the intend of the inspire...
everytime I read you, I am reminded of all the things that make me adore and worship poetry so...that makes me need poetry.
thank you for that
