~*~

Close your eyes,
Relax and let go.
Breathe in...breathe out...
Breathe in...breathe out...
Breathe in...breathe out...
Breathe in wellness and peace,
Breathe out all stress and negativity.
Sink into the downy softness.
You are safe and warm.
You are loved.
You are here and in the moment.
There are no pains from the past
And no fears for the future.
You are in the glorious present.
Just breathe
Just Be
O

Chris, I am so glad that you think it worthy of your library! This is rather amazing that you clicked on it as soon as I posted this poem, because it was not in existence 5  minutes ago!
I was sitting at the computer and suddenly took a sharp intake of air and realized that I must not have been breathing very well. Something had upset me this evening and I was in a state of discombobulation!
I then wrote the poem as you see it and now its in your library! I find that rather amazing!

Warm nighttime hugs,
Linda

Noah, yes, it is a meditative poem! I calmed myself down while I was writing it! I think it is fabulous how something I wrote a few minutes ago is already being read in different parts of the world, and I am getting feedback on it! Passions is fantastic!

Warm nighttime hugs,
Linda

Ecrivan ~

I am a meditator and I am of the belief that if you do not go within, you go without.

~ May you breathe in wellness and exhale all that is not for your higher good

Warm hugs,

Martie ~

Thank you. I find it highly rewarding for my writing to effect someone in that manner---and personally it warms my heart that you found some comfort in my words.

Well this would discombobble (sp) the most stressed person.

Truly you are good at this. So calming, soothing and leads to
tranquility as it is read. With permission I shall print and hang.

You are so special Miss Linda....

Much love and many hugs to you,

Pat

Pat, please do and with my blessings. I am honored that you would want this hanging in your home!

Alyssa ~

I very much appreciate sweet and thoughtful reply!

Word of advice: Remember to "Breathe"!
It does wonders whenever you are stressed out. It also floods your brain with oxygen and brings clarity of thought to your mind.

~ May each breath that you take, calm and renew you...

Warm morning hugs,
Linda

Aenimal ~

I strive for a state of Zen in my life---"strive" may not be the correct word--that is not a very Zen thing to do!
I live a beautiful life and am surrounded by fountains, crystals, twinkling lit up japanese trees, candles, New Age music, angels (real and otherwise!), lanterns and floral essences. I meditate and create--the rest of the time I am worked off my feet and have to deal with the stresses of the world and those for whom I love. lol
---So you can see why I try to make my home a refuge of peace and beauty!

~ Just breathe; Just be;

Warm morning hugs,
Linda
