Explored in dabblings of litmus skins
Brush strokes blushing, wides and thins
Whimpers inhaled deeply down
Spoken mingling sole to crown

Intimate these talks in trade
By the eyes of tender laid
While close at hand to heartily
Ascend the seas unbound in glee

To quiver in a language lust
Of baring souls in rose and rust
Without a dime or dapper quip
Spoken mingling silken lip

Tasted sweet of far and near
Wonder lust found there to here
Whispered soft on silken cheek
All in lovers language speak

Oh, so lovely. I adore your writing.
My opinion each should be earmarked for the book...smiling here...

Many lines enjoyed in this poem, but I especially like:

"Of baring souls in rose and rust"

Thanks, Pat

The first lines made me think that
you had an oriental flair in mind...
so I kept my imagination between the
doors of rice paper,
and enjoyed the remainder of this poem...

Anything you write could be submitted, as all your works are finely tuned.
I enjoyed this one, a true language of love poem.

Well done, Diamond!  I especially like the title of this poem.  It is absolutely consistent with your poem.
