I took your hand and across the passion floor
Held you tight, called you love
and then we begged for more
In time, we learned to dance the lover's dance
and dance...did we ever dance!
A dancing and a prancing
and a carrying on!
So busy dancing, did we forget the song?
The passion too?
Maybe it was all about he dance
I confess
Or could it have been all about nothing
I wonder
and you?

Beautiful ...... can a dance be a dance without the soul participating in it?

sometimes it becomes all about the dance...the music..just doesn't matter..

like the ending of this..and the question.letting the reader wonder at their own answer.

...dance me to the end of time...dance me.

~ Trace my body with your words..
And in doing so, you touch my heart. ~
