Division(a series)part 1

pulled
I find myself
divided between
sand and sea
straddling both
flat footed
unable to choose
one or the other
how do I become
a one-sided lover
torn between
these two
in this
three way love affair
being taffyed
always between
asking for attention
slightly slighting one
where can I find
balance between
the whirling of
the untamed
and the solid
of the sand

It isn't easy, Lady.
I love this..specially the comparison to taffy.

Looking for the others.
