I copied off Grinch 11-2 Obama. Fascinating test, hope everyone gives it a try.

I was so close to down the middle that, if I were to take it again next week, I'd likely get a different answer.

Honestly, I think it's a stupid test any way. Does anyone really believe that each question is of equal importance?

Interesting quiz, thanks! I was on the high side of the candidate I already had in mind, but this is such a powerful year in politics, that anything may change the mind of the American Public within the next several weeks.

However, I'm glad My Guy "won"!

I’d suggest that different people will apportion different levels of importance which is probably why building in some sort of weighted scoring system, which would seem to make sense, wouldn’t make this any more or less than the bit of fun it’s supposed to be.

Personally I wouldn’t have been surprised if my result had been McCain 11-2 mainly because it’s easy to manipulate the issues and the quotes to add bias one way or the other.

In the end it’s just supposed to be a bit of fun and to be honest not much fun at that but Deer put it up so I thought I‘d give it a honest shot and an honest answer.

Thanks, Grinch. Yes, I know that if the questions were asked by virtual girls in bikinis, it would have been much more enjoyable

Stupid, Ron? That's kind of a harsh word. Silly? ok. Whimsical? Perhaps but stupid... a word reserved for professional wrestling or monster truck rallys?

It actually made me think a little bit (of course, the sun rising in the morning gets me to think a little, too).

I ended up 13-0 Obama.  I actually was shocked.  I thought there would be some questions that I end up going the other way on, but—not so.

Ok. I know Mike hasen't divulged his score yet but just to give things a little balance, I got 11-2 for McCain. I guess I must have misunderstood a couple of questions.

Well I was 13-0 Obama, and that didn't surprise anyone but me I guess.  Stupid test or not, I was very excited about my test score, but will try again and see if I come up the same if they change the questions.

Well, like I said Mike, I must have misunderstood a couple of questions.

It looks like most of our friends here misunderstood a whole bunch of questions.

Either I’m more stupid than I thought or the link is bringing up a different test for the some people.

How can you get any questions wrong when there aren’t any questions?

The test I get asks me to choose my preference from two statements on a given topic - where the heck are these questions you keep going on about?

Mc Cain

I think I chose 4 of Obama's statements.

You're not stupid, Grinch. It's a matter of semantics. Yes, they are statements. The implied question is "Which one would you choose?".....same thing.

Deer,

So the question they couldn’t answer correctly was "Which one would you choose?"

That doesn’t make sense if they did in fact choose one of the two options, the act of choosing automatically answers the question correctly.

Unless of course what they actually meant was that their selections were reassessed as wrong once they discovered the source of the statement. That doesn’t make much sense either though. It suggests that people are willing to amend their original  beliefs based on political allegiance alone.

I prefer to stand by my original choices all thirteen of my selections were right as far as I’m concerned regardless of where they originated.

Just ignore me Mike, sometimes I tend to ramble or read too much into things, it’s a common complaint among the idiotically afflicted.

It did bump your post up though.

You want questions, here you go:

I think I have tried all of them that Google has and still always come up with the same candidate.
