presidential Elections. All Americna Citizens 35 years of Age meeting previously stated Criteria as dicated in U S Constituion Eligible. Top 2 popular vote recipients have run off 3 weeks later if no candidate has 50 percent of popular vote + 1 voe or simple majority. This applies to all elections for all posts.
