The stupidity of war is that when it ends we all say never again will are brave, young men and women have to go off to fight another war. And then, only a few years later they go of and blow each other up again. Not only that but there killing young innocent people, sure not everyone is innocent but you can not tell me that a whole country worked as a single mind to go off and insult, and/ or attack a one person or a place. And what about the other sides of war, you just killed some ones father or brother husband etc. and I know that its not commonly talked about but a lot of people who haven’t done anything suffer for what those few did, people get rapped every day, both at home and across the seas. Can those of us who never have experienced it even fathom the emotional pain of that? Can you understand what it is like to lose a loved one, to some one whose commander hands them a gun and says kill. I know what the price for freedom is, but does it have to be such a high cost? To wonder constantly if you or some one you love will live to see a new day dawn. I am thankful to be free, but I know pain, and fear, but I know that thousands more go through worse. To all those who are in the military or the military controlled lands, thank you, for having the courage to live. Also I am truly sorry for you beyond what words can say. We all live in constant fear of what we do not understand, if only we did not have to hurt the ones who are misunderstood. And also no offence meant its just I have to tell some one how I feel sometimes… Painfully trapped, Abbeon. The world behind these thoughtful eyes, caution may seem crazy. |
