Ron has right to laugh. So you may have a laugh but this is what I did

1.Disconnect the internet..I mean physically to tune the moden off, and get the line off your computer.

2. clear all cookies

3.all browser no cookies allowed. Internet Explore, firefox. Even if you normally do not use them. no knowledge there there are others.

4. write down your logging name and password on the paper...shopping, banking, other chatting, etc

now, life is livable.
