What is a flood but too much of something,
Usually itís water, perhaps of tears,
Yet there are times it can be a nothing,
A flood of doubt or overwhelming fears.

We are flooded,
By words and words poorly formed
We will drown
Beware and no be warned.

Gloom

Dear Professor...

This has, indeed, been a year for venting...be it tears, fears, or plain and simple anger that is never either too plain nor too simple.

The world becomes more global, less restricted, much smaller every day.  Seems like it's been doing that on a rapid pace my last 54 years here.

But I'm looking to the next 54 years with some gusto...because I am always, always amazed at where it might go from here.  With your help - my help - maybe, just maybe, it won't head toward damnation, y'think?

Merry Christmas, Professor.

Sunshine
