I have a friend I shall align you with. She's not feeling quite up to par herself. It's the stress of the holidays. One more big sigh, and get back to tackling everything...I know you can do it!

At least your breathing works. And your fingers - to type. And your mind - to know that you've come to the right place to vent.

Sometimes what we think is 'right' is just a 'wrong' 'right'. Does that make sense? What we want to be right for us may not be good for us. (Sometimes I think Buddha is channeling through me!) LOL

Is there someone in your area you can talk to about your problems? If you like, you can email me and I'll be glad to listen!

Not sure if my advice is what you want though as I tend to want to make you smile and make it all better!!

Here I am..."the friend."  I know the feeling you have aptly described. The universe has been paddle whacking me, too. (I feel like I am being punished for opening my mouth at a meeting and speaking the truth about some things (some person)at work.) Disaster lurks 'round every corner, and  it's waiting for me!   I have been so overwhelmed with life.  Sound familiar? But we will get through this.  Believe me, we will.  Breathing does help and so does the promise of tomorrow.

Please know you are not alone.  I will include you in my prayers if you don't mind.

Keep breathing, kiddo!  A fresh start (new year) awaits us.

I know I will get through this... it's just that right now I am in the middle of it... or the beginning... or the end... I don't know... but...what I DO know is that I have friends here!
