My mouse loves to travel, apparently.  Each time I'm on the Poetry Discussion page and my mouse happens to slide over the Cheap Tickets banner, a whole new window pops up over the Passions page and until I click on that little X that hides itself in the bottom right corner, there's nothing else that I can do to see the page.  ARGH...

BUT....my mouse learned to circumnavigate that little hindrance and go up, over and around to the top...in order to click on any other main forum.

OK, that's it.  Rant over.  Thanks.

argh, I hate those popups that hide the little X... next time that happens, just try alt-f4, that usually works for quickly closing windows without having to find the hidden X.

In an emergency.

It's not really a window, so I doubt Alt-F4 will work correctly. Most likely, you'll just accidentally close your forum browser window. It's really created with DHTML, something like the dropdown menus I tried at http://piptalk.com  a ways back. The few times I've seen the banner, I didn't have any trouble running my mouse pointer over it -- unless I let the pointer "linger" on it for a second or two.

If you're only going to "click on any other main forum," you might find the Nav Window icon more convenient. I changed it a few days ago to show ALL available forums, and the NW icon can be found at both the top and the bottom of most pages.

Cheap Tickets is driving me nuts, too...

Of course... it was a short drive. LOL
