As for as fowarding emails go. I think it's stupid. I don't understand them, neither do I understand those who say they don't want forward but just about ALWAYS send forward them on. IT'S ANNOYING.  |

Of course when you forward spam you're just helping terrorism... or... something like that... According to CNN spam will overtake legitimate e-mail volume by July of 2003 -- um -- isit just me or didn't that happen back in 1999... the problem with the forwards is that #1 I probably received the same thing 10 times at least since all the people I am friendly with are all friendly with one another. #2 Why can't the person just copy and paste the information wanted to be read and forget all of the passed down email addresses. I would think you don't want all those people knowing your address if you don't know them and having them sent other junk mail. #3 if I wanted to read all those forwards that are basically subscriptions to jokes etc..I would subscribe to them..and the last thing I have to say is all those people who believe in chain emails..are about as naive as one can get..including anyone who thinks their friends boyfriend broke up with her because she didn't do what it said. I get sent those things that are so childish...saying if I don't send to at least 10 on here I will lose my boyfriend...well I don't have one to lose and I don't believe at my age I would call him my boyfriend anyway If I had one. Can you tell I am in a rotten mood today?  By the way if you get sent those insta kiss emails and aren't expecting one don't open and go to the link..they have virus'...and also have been known to steal your password and send porn in one of your names. (happened to me...so this is first hand) M Haaaaaaaa Sorry..it took the full length of time writing this before I actually had loaded and heard the message above...made me laugh..thank you I have been telling people what he said for ages and no one believed me  [This message has been edited by nakdthoughts (02-03-2003 07:30 PM).] |
