wild ride
hands in the air
lettin' go
kinda like a
roll and stroll
taking off at a
slow steady pace
ahead, but not a race
and the chill accelerates
the speed, in a lifetime
there's really to few
precious hours....
no time to grieve
just gotta move,
full speed ahead
listen to the inner voice
not to be easily led
and sometimes when ya
wake-up in that strange bed
or with that aching head
know it was a chance you took
that's the reason you bled........Mark Coburn

I never wake up in a strange bed but..
I agree:

there's really too few
precious hours....
no time to grieve
just gotta move,
full speed ahead
listen to the inner voice
not to be easily led...

Yep, the journey of life. What a wonderful experience…in all it’s forms. And yes, I’ve had a few of those aching heads to testify to a good time the night before

If she who dies with the most toys wins, then can I have some toy boys please?
