Rewind Time

If you could live today once more
Would you walk through times closed door?
Take the chance to play back today
Rewinding time to edit what you say?
Would you try to stop a foolish act?
Keep a promise or a sacred pact
You can’t live today once more
Therefore live your life go and soar

If you could stop time, hold it still
Freeze it and bind it to your will
If you could stop moments flowing by
Capture it all in the blink of an eye
Tell me why would you hold it so
Why try to stop times ceaseless flow
Unless it were to right a wrong
To release from within your soul’s song

To rewind today is beyond our skill
It’s impossible to hold time quite still
So take your chance to do it right
Think before you cede to night
Don’t pray for time to halt its race
Or ask for life to pause its pace
Do all you can to live to the full
Let time continue its golden rule

Marsha

(smiles) Awwwwwwww, this is soooooo very true, sweet friend, may we all look ahead than look over our shoulder and trust that time has our back always and what comes head will make up for what we've spent and joys and dreams lie ahead for us all! (kiss on cheek) This is excellent, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Marsha, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
Noah Eaton

Marsha - but if you could pick just one day to relive, would you?....

Marsha,
A delightful read.
Don’t pray for time to halt its race
Or ask for life to pause its pace
Do all you can to live to the full
All of which you seem to do. :sqyeeze:

Bill darling boy as I said last night I wouldn’t because I wouldn’t like to be the cause of a paradox. If I could do it without the threat of a paradox, well yes I would go back and try not to make the same mistakes again

Seymour darling boy thank you always for YOU, and for taking the time to put a Seymour stamp on my little note. You are always too good to me and make me feel as if maybe I might be getting there

Marsha...this poem is full of wisdom and beauty.
My mother always said "don't wish your life away"
But sometimes, I wish this next 3 weeks would go really fast so I will feel better.
~lots of timely hugs~
