There are no words that can be proof
that my love for you is solid
no matter how much I try chasing it away.
The time we share has been shorter
and I know you are getting a glimpse of doubts.
I could put this in a letter
seal it up
send it to your wondering eyes
but it wouldn't hold the power it holds right here before your eyes
in your favorite place.
I still love you
simply that
and no time away could cause an ending to that
for I am finished passing up what I truly want
and if it takes me a lifetime to have you completely
I'll spend every day of it thinking of ways
I can love you more.
being in your arms, kiss to kiss with you
those are just extras according to what we have.
I have your heart's devotion
as you have mine,
and all the other world's obstacles be damned.
I will love you
even when
(if?)
you give up on me.

How grave is my condition, for I cannot find the words to say, I need you so.

There is none that would give you up after reading this.  This should be all the assurance anyone needs.

Wonderful.  Thank you.

this is from a place that only a few know. . . and from a feeling that won't go away. . .

moving. . . and heartfelt my friend. . .
