Luscious strains of music fill,
This evening of silent chill.
A view upon the world from a window clear,
Ethereal lights colour the darkness beyond,
Whilst wistful clouds did the night endear.

A dream this must be,
Pray dawn not awaken soon,
For no worries now to taint my thoughts,
No dreary realities would this serenity shatter.
Because right now,
Nothing else matters ... ...

Nothing else, indeed!  I love it!

Fool, said my Muse to me, look in thy heart and write.
