I face you now and see into your eyes, nothing hidden Stripped of all fears, uncovered needs and all guilt ridden Upon my knees to drop before your hands I give I am not less to offer openly to you this love I live I wait in faith, innocent and precious, as you have earned this right I have no need of cover; I am exposed, in decent aura bright I kiss your palm, expression of my trust in you this deep I am not more to offer of myself, forever yours to keep I speak my heart in every breath to seek direct connection Sincere of every word to take my place in your reflection And by your side I will remain to tend the flame, eternal fire I am a part of you, to take my lead in reverence and pure desire I face you now to bare my soul and bow my head in listen Sharing daily work, to keep you warm in fireside glisten I hold your heart against my own, for we are one I have not pride, but all there is, in love so richly done Copyright Kkh 3/31/02 [This message has been edited by ThisDiamond (04-01-2002 11:42 PM).] |

I found myself taking this spoken two different ways. Probably just me...truly liked the way this made me think. (Something I mostly avoid...lol) |

I don't know why but I think of the line from Cleopatra when the Roman soldier finds her dead...and he asks the dying slave: "Was this well done of your lady" and she replies, "Yes, very well done!" Beautiful TD! |
