Between the Lines

The vanilla of my past
reigns in strength as I seep into
it's warmth each morning.
Words rise in the steam
hazing my thoughts,
producing dream shadows
dancing scent images,
sometimes forbidden seductiveness,
touching the edges of my passion.

The myst-like fog, floats my mind,
embraces my nakedthoughts
spilling over to make my day
a caressing by you, to linger
until mine eyes
fall into the indigo darkness
to embrace again the memories
harvested in real.

"Love is not blind - It sees more and not less, but because it sees more, it is willing to see less."
(Will Moss)

Maureen darling girl This is utterly utterly delightful. YOU always manage to write such beautiful and smoothly flowing lines of pure wonder. I love this it contains the misty nebulous feel of the poem. I love it darling girl.

Love and warm stuff
