Can mine eyes ‘gain feel the rush
of love through veins red in flush
Wilt love again beckon and call
upon mine eyes as stars do fall

Wilt love of thee come to pass
as wine doth flow within glass
Can not my heart haveth thee
upon thy ground, once be free.

Does not the rain fall in tears
upon the land of lover’s fears
‘gainst the call of willful life
from scourge of lonely strife

Mine art thee not to have, hold
'gainst thy storm winds bold
Mine lips dry sip not the wine
as sour grapes doth cover vine.

Lest not ye man wilt cometh when
thy eyes look forth from then
For love of thee I doth declare
of thee, thy lady, dear and fair

Thy whispered wish doth me say
tis not mine love to whisk away
As dark of moon doth cover land
alone in sadness, love, I stand.

(big huggssssssss) This is such a painful realization of a love that could never come true, sweet friend, my heart goes out to everyone who feels this and I hope that soon they will meet lovers that share intentions of loves promise together that reflect from their eyes! (sigh) This is sad but excellent, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Barry, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
Naoh Eaton

Nay, Sire, but see thee the light
‘tis Luna come to guide this night
the dark thou feels is but despair,
good Sire, for your lady, fair

she speeds through the night on haloed wing
again she’ll come to hear thee sing!
Feel thee the mist, ‘tis true, I swear!
Feel thee her kiss, ‘tis your lady, fair!

Follow Luna’s moon streamed bright
‘cross the river thus bridged with light
into the depths she waits for thee
follow your dream for your lady to see!

I love it when you write like this, Barry...
I think you must have been a romantic, medieval courtesan in your previous life.

Beautifully done! ~hugs~
