festivals to show some change
what it is, we remain the same
women still come to show they're free
freedom is still defined to the same degree.

Whether they frolic in mud baths
deck themselves with earthy swaths
swing to a blend of country or rock
think collectively and then take stock..

festivals rise and fall, great countries collapse
we see ourselves.. while others look, time elapses;
there is this unifying experience, we appear as one
past catches up with the present, peace is redone.

(sigh) Wow, I love the incredible metaphor in this, sweet friend, it too saddens me to se so many countries in turmoil and I too hope that we can make peace with each other and prevent upheaval like the last Woodstock did! (big hugggsssssss) We all love you so much, sweet friend, this is outstanding! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Martin, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
Noah Eaton

good you see through the metaphor...so many people an exercise in vanity?there cannot be more freedom from what they do?
