Take Me…Between the Lines
By Larry Chadwick

I saw you from afar,

I want you
It was plain for me to see.
I want you
You were everything I longed for,
I want you
All I dreamed you would be.

Dare I take the chance,

I want you
And risk telling you so?
I want you
Or would you see it in my eyes,
I want you
Allowing me to assume you know?

I’ve tried to make it obvious,

I want you
For fear of scaring you away.
I want you
I’ve hinted every way I know,
I want you
So the words I won’t have to say.

I’ll take the chance and wait it out,

I want you
I’m old fashioned in my heart.
I want you
If you can’t read between the lines,
I want you
We were doomed from the start.

Excellent Larry ... the want and desire comes through beautifully in this piece. I loved the format and the clever title and unique inserts ... very well done indeed!

Best wishes,
/Kit

I really enjoyed this
Hunger, hope and Hesitation.

Well written... and you must have taken soooo much time with the html for the "between the lines."

Love, Light and Peace.

Noah,
Awww that is classified information. Thanks.

Sherry,
Thank you so very much. Actually it was a little cut and paste and is now a cheat sheet. Worth the effort and thanks again.
