Appetites Met daily My heart was left open With feelings exposed It is until further notice A sign will read closed Believed you were true I allowed you to enter Being all my own fault I am soft in the centre Easily bent and folded The soft heart my trait You having sensed this Words were your bait Throwing me your line You began the reeling I believed in promises Keeping true to feeling Hooked into my heart From out the cybersea Appetites are met daily It is there you fed me Hope ©2002 |

  (sigh) Oh Hope, this is sooooooo heartwrenchingly beautiful, sweet friend, there will always be those we meet that do not sympathize with how we feel in the long run, but there will always be friends that will feed our needs and quench our thirst with promises always!
