at once the image is cast
unbreakable steel forged mind
and where the plaster cracks travel
the ceiling only shows it's weakness

I ascend though grasping treelimbs
breaking blue before golden sunlight
the world whips into a greening blur
and wings hungrily beat against the air

potentials dance like ancient tribes
the beat rythmic to my circling climb
and together we breath life into the child
quiet heart beats, we float back to earth

And as I hold my little girl
the world falls behind my focus
as I gaze at the universe
held within those beautiful little eyes

A real man

kisses his children goodnight

If not for children, where would we be? and for people who do not like kids, thank god your parents were not so judgemental
