      Have you Ever?

Have you ever seen a shadow
dappled by first of dawn,
a bloom just slanted across a beloved's face
like a kiss of warm, a road to place
your finger on?

Have you ever watched the light open
and spread across the golden of a sigh
just breathing in and out a dream,
a naked place where skin is silken turned?

Have you ever touched a raindrop
that runneled down a summer's thought
pulled by tides and moon change
to a place where tender offered comfort?

Have you ever seen the pale of the day
slip beneath the line of earth
then nudge the color from the bloom
on the cheek of a memory just made?

Have you ever tasted love?
__________

written with a special muse, River, who just happened to be passing by.

(sigh) You are sooooooo romantic, sweet friend, you always weave the most gorgeous visions of life with your words, I have never tasted love but I dream ever so much of sharing loves first kiss with my RosePetal and suckling the taste of happiness with her forever and ever! (kiss on cheek) This is magically delightful, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Martie, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
Noah Eaton

Warmly romantic Martie! Especially:

on the cheek of a memory just made?

Martie, I mean it when I say that your poetry quite often takes my breath away.
Love the images and your creative sensitivity.

I think I'm having a kodak moment!!
